About Our Business
Dr. Ian Shepherd was born in Ogden, Utah. He is a
graduate of Ogden High School and Weber State
College, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in
Finance with a Minor in Military Science and
Accounting. He is also graduate of the Army ROTC
where he graduated as one of the “Top Ten” military
students out of all the Military schools in the country.

He was commissioned as an Officer in the United States
Army in May 1984, and served in the Army, Army
Reserve, and the Utah National Guard for 12 years. He
served in Artillery, Infantry, Special Operations, and
Intelligence units; he was awarded numerous medals
and citations.

He has been challenged by many long years of Graduate
School in Law, Medicine, Physics, and Fire &
Reconstruction. Ian deservedly earned his Doctorate
Degree in Medical Physics in 2002. He also teaches law
enforcement, Air Marshals, and Special Operations
shooting skills. He is a small weapons expert and expert
marksman. Ian is a firm believer in the constitution and
the second Amendment which gives Americans the right
to bear arms.

In his private life, he has worked on behalf of victims.
He has helped them with personal injury claims in the
legal industry as a Public and independent insurance
Adjuster. He has also been associated with several law
firms working as an “Expert” in many areas. He has
served on the Board of Directors of financial institutions
and several corporations.

Dr. Shepherd has also served on many Human Rights’
panels and committees, including the World Prison
Project and the International Survey of Human Rights
committee.

He is a author of the book "Genocide" and Medical
Experiments of the Holocaust. His works have also
been published by the Cyber Library of the Holocaust,
and Amnesty International. His works and research on
the medical experiments of the Nazis and the sufferance
within prisons, have been quoted and used most
extensively.

Dr. Shepherd was commissioned as a United States
Goodwill Ambassador for Human Rights. He spends a
large portion of his time promoting Human Rights, and
preserving the records of Human Rights Abuses and
acts of Genocide.

He has a deep love for the United States of America. Ian,
is a true patriot and humanitarian. He travels the world
over educating world leaders and people on the
importance of Human Rights and Freedom. His goals,
for the future, are to continue promoting, and
strengthening the Human Rights of each individual. His
desire to accomplish this, will be through his Lecturing,
Writings’ and service that he so willingly renders.
